General Terms
- Do not claim the art as your own, please credit the Artist if you choose to repost
- Artist may post the commission on social media platforms (with credit to Client)
- Artwork may not be used for commercial use without an additional fee.
- Artist has the right to decline a request for any reason.
- Commissions may take anywhere between 1-2 weeks for simple character art, and 3-6 weeks for full illustrations.
- Client will recieve the piece digitally through email as a high-resolution PNG (transparent copy optional).

References
I will not work off of description alone, please provide as much visual reference as you can. Ref sheets, sketches, picrews, screenshots of games, moodboards, photobashing, heroforge models, and pose reference are all acceptable! ABSOLUTELY NO AI IMAGES! If I am to design an illustration from description alone the client will be charged a design fee.

Contact and Communication
Commission requests must be sent via my form. If for any reason the client cannot use the form, they can reach out to me through email or Bluesky. I prefer email or Bluesky DMs for all communication over the course of working on the piece. Client may ask for ongoing updates or recieve updates at the end of sketching and lining phases and after revisions.

Revisions and Edits
The client may request 3 free changes during the sketching period, and one during the inking period. This includes anything from big wardrobe changes, pose adjustments, changing composition or any other major changes. Minor changes or mistakes on the artist's end will be free of charge. Any major changes nearing or following the completion of the illustration will be charged an additional $15 hourly. Customer may request alternative versions of the piece (alternate outfits, accessories, expressions, poses etc...) for an extra fee. Versions that change more than 40% of the initial illustration will be charged as a separate piece.

Cancellations
The artist can cancel and refund any order at any time. Client has the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for more than 4 weeks, or has not been completed within 8 weeks. These provisions exclude work interruptions due to unforseen circumstances like illness, emergency, or injury. If client cancels after the initial sketch only 50% of the payment will be refunded. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Client in the future.

Usage
The art received by Client is for personal use. Any use of art for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a seperate agreement between the Client and the Artist where compensation will be discussed.
Client may not use the piece in any blockchain related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, or related projects). The client does not have the right to use the piece for AI datasets, tools, or future inventions in the AI space.
